At Next Wave Contact, we have years of experience in the teaching youth athletes and new coaches learn the game of football. Our Founder and Head Coach, Kacey, has spent years in and around the game of football, beginning in high school as an All-State Linebacker, playing 2 seasons in college, and now as a youth football coach. For past several years, he has helped build a strong youth tackle football contact program by implementing best practices and drills related to shoulder tackling. His objective is helping other youth tackle football coaches and athletes do the same!
Kacey is certified in USA Football Shoulder Tackling, Atavus Level 1, and Tip of the Spear Level 1. For the past four years, he has coached at the 7th - 8th grade level as an Assistant Head Coach, Contact Coordinator, and Defensive Coordinator. He currently serves as Director of Football Operations for Bedford Youth Football.
Kacey is graduate of the US Naval Academy, Naval Postgraduate School, and Navy veteran.
